We often go to the doctors once a year for our “Annual Checkup” where the doctor does a complete checkup to see if we have any physical issues.
One of the things I have loved since being a part of Glory of Zion is the Jewish practice of Shabbat. This is a practice in various forms, but the essence is a time to check on your soul. It is a time to reflect and be refreshed by enjoying delicious foods and enjoyable fellowship where joy and laughter are expressed.

If we all put our hands on the Bible and swore to tell the truth, we would conclude the absolute TRUTH of this verse. Our life experiences tell us exactly that this is true.

The average person is spending three hours a day using Apps and ten hours a day on social media. We also “check” our phones between 100-300 times a day. OUCH
